Earth Day Dinner with Three Chefs at Chakra Paramus on April 22nd

Chefs from three North Jersey restaurants are teaming up to celebrate Earth Day. On Wednesday, April 22, 2015 the chefs – Thomas Ciszak of Chakra (Paramus), Todd Villani of Terre à Terre (Carlstadt), and Bobby Varua of Blue Morel (Morristown) – will prepare a five-course menu paired with wines and held at Chakra in Paramus.
The event will include a “From the Farm” station which will see the chefs preparing hors-d’oeuvres using ingredients from Warwick’s Bracco Farms – plus during the reception, Anthony Bracco (of Bracco Farms) will he will present the chef’s with harvested crop from the same day and challenge the chefs to create a dish.
