Bolero Snort Brewery Celebrates Two Years And New Releases

Bolero Snort

Bolero Snort Brewery is now officially two years in business. The Ridgefield-Park based brewery is celebrating with a number of events around NJ — you can find out more about the events from them directly (Website). In addition there are three new releases — two brand new for retail and one seasonal return. Information on all three are below:

Cracked Pepperhorn
Brewed in honor of their Second Anniversary, its based on one their first award winning home-brews. The imperial brown ale is reminiscent of a sessionable barleywine, with a malt backbone balanced by a subtle black pepper spice.

Bergen County Bull Stout
Clocking in at 9.1% ABV and only 229 bottles in it’s first run.

Lucky Buck (Seasonal Dry Irish Stout)
Last year’s hit seasonal Lucky Buck is back – both on draft and for the first time in 4-packs of 12oz bottles. The brew has strong notes of roasted coffee and chocolate with a smooth, early finish with a 4% ABV.
