Opening Alert: ROYCE’ Chocolate, Edgewater, NJ

ROYCE'

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Japanese chocolatier ROYCE’ Chocolates has opened its first US boutique outside of Manhattan. They’ve chosen Mitsuwa Marketplace in Edgewater, NJ as the location, which hosted a popup for the brand during the holiday season.

“Our partnership with Mitsuwa is an incredibly happy moment for both ROYCE’ as a company and our fans who have been hungry for locations outside of Manhattan,” says ROYCE’s Managing Director Ken Romaniszyn. “Chocolate lovers will be able to sample and purchase the entire ROYCE’ Confect line of Namas, Potato Chip chocolates, truffles, almonds and so much more at its new location.”

Chocolates include Nama Chocolates — similar to ganache — Potato Chip Chocolates, and ROYCE’s specialty: Maccha, or green tea, flavored chocolates. The brand is inspired by Belgian chocolatiers, with all product sourced from Japan to maintain their authenticity.
