Opening Alert: Craft House, Suffern, NY

Craft House Suffern

Craft House, the Gastropub focusing on natural, seasonal, hand-crafted food from RoCCA (Glen Rock) chef/owner Craig Levy (and an honorable mention of our Top Anticipated Restaurants of 2015), has opened in Suffern.

Chef Levy will continue his commitment to farm-to-table dining, sourcing from many of the farms RoCCA fans have been accustomed to (View Menu).

Craft House is being run by former RoCCA manager Robert Becket — who will double as house sommelier (he has most recently a mixologist at Grand Central’s Oyster Bar) — the bar features craft booze including local beer, spirits and wine. A “late night” menu is also available — served till midnight on Thursday and 1am Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner with reservations available via OpenTable.
