Little Bit of Paradise, a relatively new food truck has been parked in Carlstadt since November. The business is owned by friends Deanna Artemisio and Tammy Gordon. Artemisio owned Dee’s De-Licious Home Cookin’s in Lodi till 2007 and bought the truck with Gordon in late June of last year. They’ve hit a number of festivals and markets – they do the Meadowlands Flea Market every Saturday – serving up sandwiches, sliders and sides (see menu below). They’ve also got a permanent home during the week – Monday thru Friday at the Delta Gas station on the corner of Washington Avenue and Kero Avenue in Carlstadt.
