Harmony Tea Room in Westwood is celebrating the return, twist and turns of Downton Abbey. Those attending are encouraged to wear hats, fascinators or period garb. There will be games, prizes and a Downton Abbey inspired tea. Call 201-664-2608 for reservations and the event is $25 per person.
