mémoire, the fine dining restaurant offering seasonal, American eclectic cuisine from Chef Tom Finnelli in Ridgewood, announced its Fall 2015 menus (View Menu).

Many of mémoire’s dishes are interpretations of classics, such as their Wedge Salad – Modeled after the traditional steakhouse wedge, Chef Tom re-imagined the dish with a grilled romaine heart, roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, bacon lardons, red radish, Gorgonzola blue cheese dressing and warm bacon vinaigrette. All of mémoire’s menu selections are prepared from scratch using only the finest, freshest ingredients sourced daily from reputable suppliers. Each item is made to order and incorporates seasonal produce.

Finnelli said, “I’m thrilled to introduce our Fall 2015 menus, which are undoubtedly our best menus to date. With these menus, we have raised the bar significantly and challenged ourselves to come up with unique dishes that incorporate flavors from all over the world. I wouldn’t necessarily call it fusion, but many of our menu items have an Asian, Mediterranean, French or Spanish influence. And as always, virtually any item on our menus can be modified to be gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan.”

Restaurant mémoire is open for dinner six days a week (Tuesday thru Sunday) and offers a small plate menu Tuesdays thru Thursdays.
