Opening Alert: Dos Agaves, Nanuet, NY
Mexican restaurant Dos Agaves has opened along Route 59 in Nanuet. The restaurant is owned by Mauricio Aguilar, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and his father Pedro – who is a former co-owner of Mexican restaurant Plaza Garibaldi (Yonkers).
According to Mauricio, them menu will be classic Mexican cuisine with a modern twist, inspired from “authentic” recipes of Mexico’s Puebla region. The location seats about 150 and will be open 7 days (till 10pm Monday-Thursday; till 11pm Friday-Sunday).
