Fink’s BBQ owner and pitmaster David Finkelstein, has sent word that in addition to serving the regular dining menu at lunch for his BBQ joint in Dumont, he’s added a new lunch-only menu that he’ll begin serving tomorrow.

The menu (see below), which essentially serves as a lunch-only addendum to the main menu, features a number of sandwiches, salads and lunch meat platters. For those who are fans of the lunch carving station, fear not as Finkelstein will continue to smoke up his beef rib and special daily item as a lunch special. All of these lunch items are available Monday thru Friday, from opening till 5:00pm.
