Grange in Westwood Welcomes Brian McGackin as Chef de Cuisine

Grange restaurant proprietor Brian Powell has shared that Brian McGackin is now their new Chef de Cuisine working under Executive Chef Christine Nunn. McGackin had most recently been sous chef at farm-to-table restaurant Terre a Terre, during which time they received a Very Good review from the New York Times.

Powell also mentioned customers should get ready for some changes to the menu in the next week or so as Nunn puts the finishes touches on her seasonal offerings for the fall… and of course Nunn is readying for the previously reported Picnic on the Square in Ridgewood― the return of her much loved Picnic restaurant formerly in Fair Lawn.
