Fall Menu Launch at Giostra in Tappan
Grilled Yellow and Red Beets (arugula, fried medallions goat cheese/white balsamic vinaigrette)
Brothers Dario and Marino Disaverio have shared the fall menu (see below) for their modern Italian restaurant Giostra in Tappan. The Il Portico (Tappan) alums having been in business since May, with both lunch and dinner service. The new fall menu officially launches tonight, with various specials being rotated daily.
