Opening Alert: Trattoria Carpaccio, Englewood, NJ
Trattoria Carpaccio, a traditional Italian trattoria, has opened in Englewood. Owned and operated by Elvis Jadrijev, the former GM of Grissini’s in Englewood Cliffs for the last eight years.
Jadrijev explained they’ll be running a menu (View Menu) of traditional pastas, meats, cheese, seafood and more – with regular specials at his “cozy” space. The restaurant is open six days (closed Mondays), is BYO, and open for dinner.
