Elevation Burger, the burger chain serving burgers made from 100% organic, grass-fed, free-range beef, is now open on the fourth level at Palisades Center mall across from Forever 21. Burgers are an 85/15 ratio, grilled on a flattop and served on a potato roll or wrapped in lettuce. Fries are fresh cut and cooked in olive oil and the menu rounds out with a selection of salads and shakes featuring real fruit mix-ins (View Menu).

The brand is also committed to environmentally friendly practices and to using energy-efficient equipment in its restaurants. This includes the décor, which is made from bamboo and recycled materials. Elevation Burger is open seven days a week.
