Fall Pasture, the latest seasonal release from Ridgefield Park-based brewer Bolero Snort, is now hitting shelves. The brew is a deep copper color, malty with a delicate sweetness that is balanced by the spices of the season, and has an off-white head ― according to brewery tasting notes. The pumpkin pie spice ale is 7% ABV and should be available in stores thru the fall and will be available on draft for bars/restaurants.

“As a home-brewer Fall Pasture was always one of most sought after beers and even won a few competitions,” explains founder Bob Olson. “We are incredibly excited to be putting it into production this year.”
