The Butcher and The Chef goes offsite again, this time to visit Sunset View Farm in Andover, where chef John sources many vegetables for dishes at Caffe Anello (The Sussex County farm was just featured over the weekend in a piece by The Record). John and Sal get a tour of the farm from owner Linda Grinthal, learning about different aspects of the growing process on a farm plus a little bit about how they runt heir operation and community garden.
