By now the news has gotten around that there is a Food Truck Rally at Overpeck Park this coming Thursday, August 14, 2014 from 4:0pm till 9:00pm. Along with the info that there’s a beer garden as part of the festivities hosted by Bergen County’s very own Bolero Snort Brewery.

In an attempt to make this more unique than other food truck events, Bolero and the trucks have gotten together and created a special pairing guide (see below). Dishes from each truck are given a suggested pairing of one of the beers Bolero is pouring for the event.
