Opening Alert: Prohibition River, Nyack, NY
Proghibiton River, the gastropub from Bailey’s Smokehouse vets Jonathan Placek and Oliver Cullen, will open its bar tonight, with the restaurant officially opening tomorrow. The restaurant, which was first revealed back in February, is replacing watering hole Black Bear on Main Street. Read the Official Boozy Burbs Preview
The 120 seat restaurant is serving New American/Gastropub style dishes sourced as locally as possible with a daily changing menu. The bar has a craft beer emphasis plus custom house cocktails incorporating ingredients from their menu.
