Boozy Burbs has gotten some information about a new restaurant and bar/lounge coming to Palisades Park this summer. Management is touting a “unique combination of cuisine & ambiance”, in particular the menu will be an Asian fusion affair. Along with a raw bar that will serve the “freshest seafood daily”, the food will include dishes from Chinese, Korean, Thai and Japanese cuisines.

The space formerly housed Mariachi / M Lounge and naturally the bar will serve a selection of drinks, with bartender-crafted cocktails and what appears to be a number of wines and beer. Not more specifics other than the summer time frame. Hopefully we’ll hear more as we get closer to opening.
