In case you weren’t aware, both this Saturday, May 31, 2014 and Sunday June 1, 2014, Bergen County will be the stomping ground for not one, but two food truck festivals. First on Saturday, North Jersey Exposure will host their second annual Jerseyfest, complete with Food Truck Mashup at the Meadowlands Racetrack in East Rutherford.

Fast forward one day to Sunday, the Bergen Community College Rotary Club will host their inaugural Gourmet Food Truck Fair at the Bergen Community Campus in Paramus. Below we’ve compiled a list trucks for each event, plus times, dates and other pertinent information.
