Giulia’s Kitchen Reopens Today in Cliffside Park

Giulia’s Kitchen, which closed with the tragic passing of owner/chef Mattia Miradoli back in October, is re-opening under the helm of former Regina’s (Teaneck) executive chef Michael Ostros.
Ostros is keeping as much of the former restaurant intact: all the staff, decor, ambiance and a bit of the menu returns. He will be bringing his own feel to the menu, but hopes to keep some of the classic Giulia’s dishess around as an homage to his close friend Miradoli. The liquor license is also still in place.
One new face is the addition of a dedicated pasty chef. Tony Albanese (Carlo’s Bakery) has overhauled the dessert menu, which the team is very excited about. Another slight difference will be days of operation, Giulia’s will now operate Mondays thru Saturdays for dinner service (lunch service is potentially in the works).
Reservations can be made via phone (same number) at (201) 945-1680.
