Update: Habit Burger Fair Lawn is now open

While the news that Habit Burger is headed this way was reported previously, the chain has announced a “summer” opening for the Fair Lawn outlet. This will be the first east coast location for Habit Burger, which is aggressively adding 26 locations around the country in 2014 alone.

The Calfornia-based chain features freshly ground beef that’s char grilled. A quick look at the menu on their website (View Here) reveals very inexpensive prices in the Los Angeles market. The basic Charburger (mayo, pickle, tomato, lettuce and caramelized onions) retails for $2.95 with a double patty version going for $3.95. It is currently unknown if these prices will make the hike to North Jersey along with the burgers themselves.
