Bobby’s Burger Palace, the burger chain from celebrity chef Bobby Flay that operates at Bergen Town Center (though many still refer to it as Bergen Mall), has launched a revamped menu introducing four new signature burgers and two brand new milkshakes flavors.

The new burgers on the BBP menu include: the Vegas Burger made with White American cheese, Fresno red chiles and BBQ potato chips; the Carolina Burger with smoked American cheese, green onion slaw and mustard BBQ sauce; and the New Mexico Burger with queso sauce, roasted green chiles and pickled red onions. The Brunch Burger with fried egg, smoked bacon, and American cheese, has also been added to the permanent menu (it was previously offered as a Burger of the Month special).

New milkshake additions are the Mint Chocolate Chip and Mocha. Other new features of the Bobby’s Burger Palace menu are the “Half & Half,” which allows diners to order a sampling of any two sides of their choice, and a new Griddled Pimento Cheese and Bacon Sandwich.
