Restaurant Latour at Crystal Springs Resort is launching a brunch for the very first time in the restaurant’s 10-year history. New Chef de Latour Jean Paul Lourdes, has created a multi-course brunch (see menu below) featuring baked goods, brunch and savory dishes, fresh juices and organic coffees ground and brewed to order.

The menu, which includes all the pastries, breads and non-alcoholic beverages, is composed of Small and Large Dishes and guests can choose between the Petite Tasting ($55) offering diners any two plates from a selection of small and large dishes, and the Grand Tasting ($75) with any three. Brunch will be available Sundays from 11:00am till 3:00pm.
