Chef Adam Weiss Lands at Due in Ridgewood
Two time Ultimate Chef Bergen County winner Adam Weiss, is now the executive chef at Due in Ridgewood. Due owner Chris Tarta shared the news with Boozy Burbs, revealing that this has been in the works since early January. “I am very excited to have Adam bring his eclectic modern approach to our restaurant,” said Tarta. “We are really looking forward to seeing the menu he will create with its complex yet restrained dishes and their endless layers of flavor.”
Weiss, born and raised in northern New Jersey and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has worked in and developed his style in some of Bergen County’s best known restaurants: Esty Street Restaurant (Park Ridge, NJ) and Ruga Restaurant (Oakland, NJ). Chef Weiss has worked with many innovative chefs, which has formed his strong foundation for creating seasonal and classic dishes with a “twist.” He will be launching new lunch and dinner menus beginning tomorrow.
