Menya Sandaime Opens Ramen Shop in Fort Lee
Menya Sandaime, a Japanese-style Ramen restaurant with outlets in South Korea, opened in Fort Lee last week. Unfortunately details are slim at this point, but they make the noodles in house with a special machine (see below). The space is small, 20 seats tops, with an open window to view the chefs in the kitchen. Menya Sandaime is open for both lunch and dinner.
