Owner Nicole Chin has shared the news that her new restaurant Aura Thai Kitchen has taken over for Little Charm Thai Kitchen (she was friends with the previous owner) in Fort Lee. The restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine and Aura will feature monthly kitchen specials.

There is a selection of rice, noodle, meat and seafood dishes (full menu not currently available)  including a number of handmade dumplings. Some of their specialties are: Duck Spring Rolls (homemade), gyoza (homemade), Spicy Larb Duck salad (grilled duck, ground toasted rice, mint, red onion, scallion, tomatoes and served with spicy garlic lime dressing), Glass Noodle Salad with Seafood (shrimp, squid, fish balls, red onion, scallion, tomatoes, and carrots), Pad Woon Sen (glass noodles with a choice of vegetable, tofu, chicken, mock duck, pork, beef, squid, shrimp, or duck), Gai Yang (grilled chicken breast with papaya salad and sticky rice), and Longan juice (it is a fruit that is very similar to lychee).

The BYO restaurant is open 7 days for lunch and dinner with takeout and delivery available.
