Gluten Free Bagels from Sweet Note Bakery at Bagel Culture

Bagel Culture in Glen Rock is now selling gluten-free bagels from Sweet Note Bakery. They are a specialty of the PA-based bakery started by baker Michelle MacDonald, all which are made in a dedicated gluten-facility. The bagels are currently available in 10 states including NYC (Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens) and NJ.
Bagel Culture is the first place in Bergen County to offer them, with three varieties ― plain, everything, cinnamon raisin ― to choose from. The bagels, which are also dairy-free, are available frozen or toasted and sell for $2 a piece.
