Carnevale Pastries at L’Arte della Pasticceria in Ramsey

With annual festival of Carnevale underway, Vicki Wells over at L’Arte in Ramsey has dug into her expertise in Italian pastry and has been cooking up treats for those (or those not) celebrating. Her menu this year includes such traditional items as Orange Rum Bomboloni, Sugar-Dusted Ribbon Cookies, Venetian Cornmeal Cookies with Cranberries, and Sfingi. These treats are available beginning this Friday, February 28th through Wednesday, March 5th.
