Kings Food Markets debuts its newly inspired store in Midland Park, N.J. with a weekend-long tasting event for the community, beginning Friday, February 28, 2014. Similar to the update in Cresskill back in October, Kings Midland Park premieres its brand new mezze, olive and soup bars as well as a newly designed, Wi-Fi-enabled indoor café.

The newly inspired Midland Park store will also feature a special section dedicated to global flavors with all the ingredients shoppers need to create internationally inspired meals, including classic Italian and Mexican dishes. Additionally, Kings Midland Park introduces an all-new service meat section, hand-rolled sushi, “top of the catch” quality seafood options, and bakery options, including authentic artisan pastries and classic all-American pies.

Throughout the weekend, shoppers will be offered samplings from all of Kings’ departments, including samples of our Midland Park-based, pasta-ribbon provider Vitamia & Sons’, Skinny Chef’s cooking sauce and Kings’ fresh, oven-baked blueberry pies. 

On Friday, February 28, 2014 and Saturday, March 1, 2014, customers can also receive complimentary consultations from nutritionist Shari Bilt Boockvar, MS, RD from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. There will also be prizes raffled off, including an Italian-inspired basket, a Baker’s Dream basket sponsored by Duncan Hines, and a copy of Lidia Bastianich’s autographed cookbook.
