Opening Alert: Sapphire, Teaneck, NJ
A new Thai restaurant just opened in Teaneck on Cedar Lane (where else?) named Sapphire. The restaurant menu (which can be viewed below) is a mix of Thai dishes (soup, salad, noodles, rice, curry). Despite the sign in the window (Thai Food Express) they are not just a takeout spot, 20+ seats are available for those dining in. The restaurant is open 7 days (Mon-Thu 11am-9m; Fri-Sat 11am-10pm; Sun 3pm-9pm) for lunch and dinner.
