New Executive Chef at L’Arte Della Pasticceria in Ramsey

L’Arte Della Pasticceria, the Italian pastry shop in Ramsey that opened last August, has announced the arrival of veteran pastry chef Vicki Wells as new executive chef and co-owner via their Facebook page. Wells has spent the last two decades as executive pastry chef in NYC for Bobby Flay (Mesa Grill, Bolo, Bar Americain and as his sous chef on Iron Chef America) and Buddakan as well as a pastry consultant and instructor.

Plans are in place for the new L’Arte Della, with new menu items and more. While specifics haven’t been shared as of yet, the store will be closed till Monday, January 20th as they implement whatever changes chef Wells has in store.
