Some restaurants participating in the Hudson Restaurant Week this winter are adding a bonus 7 days dubbed “Super Week” (or perhaps Super Bowl Restaurant Week) centered around the buzz surrounding the Super Bowl which is being held at MetLife Stadium this coming February.
