Four Chefs from Bergen County will square off against one another two at a time to determine who will challenge the current champion for the title of Ultimate Chef Bergen County 2014. Each chef will have one half of the kitchen to prepare a four course meal in one hour using a mystery ingredient in each of the dishes. At the end of the allotted time, each chef will submit their food to the panel of three judges to determine the winner. The winner of each of the two preliminary rounds will then square off for the chance to challenge the UCBC 2013 champion for the title of Ultimate Chef Bergen County 2014.
