Ramen Lab is Headed to NYC

We’ll guess this was the big announcement. According to Serious Eats, Ramen Lab (the special test R&D division of Teterboro’s Sun Noodle) is heading across the Hudson to Kenmare Street. Kenshiro Uki of Sun Noodle told SE that the (slightly) larger space will have 14 seats with a plan to host weekly “flights” or events. Based on their planned schedule, it appears NJ will lose the bragging rights for the coolest ramen concept sometime in February.
