Greek seafood restaurant Molos is opening tonight for drinks and dinner. The riverfront restaurant, which has replaced Arthur’s Landing in Weehawken on River Road, brings a menu of “fresh and clean” takes on classic Greek dishes with a full wine and beer selection.
