Z-Licious, a bakery run by the mother/daughter team of Sarah and Rebecca Zadiriznyj, has opened along the River Road District in Fair Lawn. All of their cookies, scones or biscotti are baked fresh and on premises.

According to their website, Z-Licious uses only the “very best ingredients” and take their baking “personally”. No skimping with ingredients, whatever they are it’s “guaranteed to be the best available”.

There is also a big focus on sustainability and “going green” at Z-Licious. They are storing all products in glass or reusable plastic containers and using environmentally friendly coffee sleeves and sheets used to grab cookies which are made of 100% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic). There are no water bottles at Z-Licious, just jugs filled one glass at a time. Got your own reusable coffee container? You get a discount on your order.
