Husband and wife duo Tony and Kathy Dumani are bringing years of fine dining culinary experience to Novu, their new restaurant in Passaic County. As executive chef at River Palm Terrace in Mahwah, for more than 14 years, he brings his talent to Novu alongside his wife Kathy Dumani who will head the front of the house.

The menu of the 110 seat restaurant will feature fresh seafood, steaks and pasta dishes in a “welcoming atmosphere”.

Novu will open at 4:30 p.m.nightly for dinner, Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options and is available for private parties upon request. Novu is a BYOB establishment.
