Over the weekend, sports bar and gastropub New York Wing Factory (as reported in August) opened their doors for what owner John Choi is referring to as a “soft” soft opening. They are serving 24 beers on tap and a very limited food menu for now.

Choi promises the menu will expand in a few weeks time for a formal opening, but in the meantime diners will be able to choose from a few selections including their signature wings. The 4000 square foot space is open nightly at 6:00pm (lunch service coming) with all local sports on their big screen TVs.
