Opening Alert: mémoire, Ridgewood, NJ

Memoire, the “seasonal” restaurant with “eclectic cuisine” that we first posted about when Tre Voci’s owner Thomas Finnelli revealed its existence in his farewell e-mail, has announced they have opened in Ridgewood via their Facebook page.
Expect menu updates every 2-3 months across a variety of cuisines. mémoire is closed Mondays and serves dinner Tuesday thru Sunday and lunch Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
