With a soft opening this week, first time restaurant owner and Bergenfield native Raymond Laroza along with friend and his culinary expert Gabby Quintana are bringing their spin on hot dogs with Ray’s Links in Dumont. These Bergenfield boys are not launching another North Jersey Texas Weiner shop, instead focusing on making the best quality hot dogs or any food they can craft into a hot dog shape (see Falafel Dog on menu).

The 15 seat restaurant will feature hot dogs with “gourmet” homemade toppings. The non-beef and non-pork links will be homemade (eventually chicken, shrimp or a variety of others) as will their toppings and sodas. New menu items cycle in and out monthly with an emphasis on high quality ingredients. A grand opening is scheduled for July 20th but first with a soft opening for later this week.
