15 Grand Bistro, which took the place of Eleni’s Pancake House, has soft launched. They are now open every day for dinner beginning at 5:00pm. Lunch service begins next week on Monday June 17th, 2013 with the kitchen opening at 11:00am.

Just as luck would have it, Boozy Burbs has been able to procure a copy of the launch dinner menu. The menu reads as an “American Bistro” featuring sandwiches, salads and entrees with influences from all over. 15 Grand is BYOB and the drinks menu focuses on soft drink “cocktails” and craft sodas (Mexican Coke and Boylans).
