Yuki Hana is another Bergen County made-to-order sushi spot that has been in the game for a while (they did open back in 2009, though it is unclear when they started offering this special. The cozy sushi restaurant is located in a small strip mall steps from Route 46.

The weekday price is $19.95 per person, while weekends will run you $23.95 per person. They are a BYOB establishment, so bring your booze with you. The interaction for ordering works as expected. You are given two sheets, one for kitchen food and one for sushi. Check the boxes with how many you want of each and give to your server. The sheets are almost identical to menu sheets from Sushi Village or Teaneck Sushi Buffet in terms of layout, actually menu options vary a bit.

The options are fairly similar to other local places as far as salads, appetizers (dumplings, tempura, calamari, etc) and other hot food entrees (noodles, teriyaki). The sushi, rolls (though no hand rolls) run the gamut from fairly standard California and spicy tuna to an array of composed “special rolls”. Rolls are slightly (very slightly) smaller than comparable places, but is All You Can Eat… so if you’re hungry you can always order more.
