New Pastry Chef at Park West Tavern and The Park Steakhouse
New executive pastry chef Jessie Cecala has taken the reigns at Park West Tavern in Ridgewood and The Park Steakhouse in Park Ridge. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Chef Cecala has worked in other Northern NJ food spots and runs her own dessert catering business.
Some upcoming dessert items revealed are below. The restaurants have also updated their winter kitchen menus as well as added some new cocktails to the bar.
