Beer (particularly craft beer) is no longer the poor stepchild to wine. The growth and variety of choices have given way to beer lists and menus the likes many have never seen before (or that are usually relegated for wine only). There are local and national breweries producing a large array of tasty yearly and seasonal suds. With many specialty liquor stores (including large chains like Whole Foods) accommodating this unprecedented modern thirst for hops and barley, even Bergen County  is quick becoming a craft beer drinker’s paradise.
